As we enter fall and reflect on the most unusual of years it has been brought to my attention by the patients of CSC+M how thankful they are for the services we provide and the manner in which we provide them. I thought I would share with you some of the comments that we have received.
1. We’ve Reopened
The fact that we have re-opened and are servicing our patients is a comment I have heard often. Patients are spending long hours on their computer at home either on their couch, bed or in an awkward make shift desk. Having the chance to receive some work on their musculoskeletal system is helpful both mentally, emotionally as well as physically.
They are thankful for a touch of normalcy as well as the chance to break up the monotony of their day with some quality care. They are thankful for the chance to put on some nice clothing, makeup, and venture outside of their respective neighborhoods for treatment.
2. Our Range of Convenient, Integrative Services
Patients are appreciative for CSC+Ms model of integration and the quality in which we provide it. Patients have the opportunity to enter our facility and receive a chiropractic adjustment, physical therapy exercises, a trigger point injection, kinesio-taping, acupuncture, and a massage in the confines of one visit.
Multiple patients have expressed gratitude for the sheer convenience of this service and the professionalism in which we deliver it. I recently bumped into a patient who moved out of NYC.
She claimed she was having a difficult time finding another facility that executed the level of care we provide as well as offer the multiple services on the same visit.
3. Our COVID Safety Protocols
Prioritizing the safety of our patient population. Because of COVID we have had to alter the way in which we treat our patient population.
Precautionary measures consist of staggering appointments to ensure proper social distancing, antibacterial measures of wiping down all surfaces both before and after each visit, temperature checks of all our patients prior to treatment, and masks being worn by our entire staff. These are just some of the steps we at CSCM have taken to ensure we are doing our part as responsible healthcare providers and fellow New Yorkers.
4. Our Professional Team
Last but not least I am thankful for the chance to work with such professionals. 2020 has challenged all of us and my fellow colleagues have risen to the occasion.
From front desk and administration, to clinical team members I am proud and thankful to be part of this team. We look forward to serving our patient population in the upcoming year and hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving.
