Dr. Christopher Anselmi, founder and director of Center for Spine Care and Mobility, and his team of highly experienced practitioners will provide Concierge Health services.
Dr. Anselmi has been practicing chiropractic medicine in Manhattan for 20 years. He is Masters Certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and was the only chiropractor affiliated with the Hospital for Special Surgery for more than a decade.
All practitioners at CSCM work under the direction of Dr. Anselmi and provide rehabilitative care at the highest standards.
How to Book an In-Home Chiropractor with CSC+M
Concierge Health by CSCM begins with a tele-health appointment with Dr. Anselmi to discuss the patient’s condition and needs.
Next, an in-home visit is scheduled, where Dr. Anselmi will bring a portable chiropractic table, and perform a physical examination of the patient.
Based on the patients needs Dr. Anselmi will then perform manual adjustments, Active Release Technique, PNF stretching as well as multiple other techniques to relieve symptoms and promote the first phase of healing.
Dr. Anselmi will prescribe a treatment plan for the patient based on their needs. If additional services are warranted Dr. Anselmi will prescribe physical therapy, acupuncture and massage therapy.
All practitioners providing in-home care will be following CDC guidelines for medical practitioners with regard to personal protective equipment and sanitization. Practitioners will wear masks and gloves during the in-home appointment and all equipment will be sanitized after every use.

Where does CSC+M travel to?
We work primarily in the tri-state region. Most of our patient population resides in NYC and the surrounding boroughs, but we do travel to the suburbs, second homes, and vacation destinations. Additional travel fees apply. Inquire within.
What is the cost of a concierge visit?
$795 for chiropractic concierge care. There is a 10% discount for any additional patients whom receive care at the same location at the same time.
What do I need for the visit?
The doctor will provide a portable chiropractic table, ultrasound, e-stimulation, stretch straps, thera-bands, creams and any other piece of equipment that will facilitate the visit.
What should I wear for the visit?
Similar to exercise we want the patient to be able to move comfortably. Please remove all jewelry around your neck and wear appropriate clothing that will allow access to the regions we will be focusing on.
How much time should I allow for a chiropractic visit?
60 minutes with 45 minutes of treatment time.
What kind of care should I expect?
The chiropractor will examine, palpate, muscle test, and check ranges of motion. Once a base line has been established manipulation, stretching and any type of palliative care will be given.
What kind of safety guidelines will we be practicing with regards to COVID-19?
In accordance to CDC guidelines all physicians will be wearing a mask and gloves. All equipment will be disinfected prior to the visit.

Hi Dr. Anselmi, its been one week since my shoulder surgery and today I talked with my orthopedic surgeon. My therapist in Hawaii referred me to Dr. Anselmi when I tore my quadricep muscle retrieving luggage from the overhead bin on an arriving flight (all my serious injuries happen in the least heroic circumstances).
Over the years, his team has put me back together after so many injuries. Last year I fell in the subway and within a few hours I saw Dr. Anselmi. He arranged for an MRI and created a treatment, with his team. It has been 8 or 9 months since my last visit and the only recurrence was when I stopped my exercises that my therapist (thanks Jinita) prescribed. I have been to every specialist imaginable but the number who DO NOT recommend surgeries comes down to just one: Dr. Anselmi. To date, I cannot imagine what might have become of me without him and his team.
Was referred to this place by a friend for my sciatica issues. Started in late June with an assessment by Dr.Chris Anselmi and have been working with him and Dr.Miller for PT. It’s been a little over 2 months and already feeling better. As with most of sports injuries, we need to do our part with exercises and stretches. I’m doing the same and hope to be fully up and running (literally). Their treatment is very organized with a chiropractic session, followed by PT and a massage. You don’t have to repeat your story with every treatment as the therapist is briefed in advance and they start working without bothering you. My experience has been good so far and I’d recommend this place to runners and people with sports injuries.
