The Kinesthetic Exercise Enhancement Program (KEEP) targets specific exercises and stretches pertaining to your sport. In just six weeks you will be better prepared to tackle the demands of your sport because we have stretched and strengthened those muscles and ligaments that you will need in order to perform at your optimal level. By combining a thorough evaluation with a Functional Movement Screen, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy the athlete receives the best opportunity to reach optimum performance.
